Privacy policy

This policy covers the entire lifthrasir.pl website. We process personal data in connection with lifthrasir.pl in two situations: when you write to our office mailbox and when the server records your visit in its logs. The site does not store any cookies at all.

Data controller

Scope and purpose of processing

• Email correspondence. When you write to our office, we process your email address, the content of your message and your first and last name, if you provide them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, namely replying to your message, conducting correspondence and establishing, pursuing or defending any claims. After we reply, the message goes to the mailbox archive. We keep it there until the limitation period for those claims expires.
• Visit statistics. The server logs your IP address, the time of your visit, the page you opened and your browser's user agent string. On this basis, the Matomo tool, running in log analysis mode, produces aggregate traffic summaries without cookies or tracking scripts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, namely knowing how many people use the website.

Cookies

The lifthrasir.pl website does not store cookies or any other identifiers in your browser. For this reason, we do not display a consent banner.

Recipients of data

Our hosting provider, which handles both this website and our email, is the only party that processes data on our behalf, to the extent these services require. In addition, the website's pages fetch a tag manager file from Google's servers. This request passes your IP address to Google. Google LLC is based in the United States and participates in the Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to object and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. We accept requests at our office mailbox.
